Austin Jett has served as a Financial Consultant at Equitable Advisors, LLC since 2013 and was promoted to Regional Vice President in 2021. A Graduate from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley with a double major in Business & Economics, he developed a passion for the markets and financial planning getting the FINRA Registrations Series 7 and 66 in 2011 at a boutique broker dealer where he was customizing potential & client portfolios.  He made the switch to become a proprietary trader in NYC before being dedicated to helping clients build and secure their financial futures at Equitable Advisors, LLC where he acquired the Life & Health Insurance License and later the series 24 to be one of the principals at the firm.

Austin Jett had an athletic upbringing in San Diego with multiple sports (baseball, basket ball, soccer, swimming, water polo) and was an avid runner in high school and college competing on Cal's Cross Country and Track team. As a high school senior he placed 9th in California's Cross Country division one state meet and won San Diego's track and field mile and half mile and placed 6th in the mile in California's state meet. His best times in high school included the 5k of 15:23, mile time of 4:11.69 and half mile 1:54.01. He still competes in local 5k road races and did a Ragnar Relay with Equitable's team which is a 200 mile race with twelve runners each with three legs completing the distance under a 48 hour period. Other outside interest include gardening and beekeeping where he still has beehives in San Diego.
